Shekinah is a charity that gives people skills, motivation and confidence to integrate back into the community, rather than isolate from it. They provide opportunities and a safe place for people recovering from mental health, addiction and offending behaviours. Where they successfully help people to develop their self-worth so they can live fulfilling lives.

They have many great projects, however I would like to highlight ‘Shekinah Grow’, an Eden project initiative, based in Paignton. They are saving lives through providing a safe place where people struggling can participate in horticultural projects such as growing fruits, vegetables, flowers and plants. As well as offering arty spaces, wood workshops and courses they create a peaceful and supportive environment to rehabilitate, grow and learn new skills.

This project is very close to my heart as it has helped to support my sister and my family through some very difficult times and I am so thankful to them.

I worked with my sister to come up with little sayings that help her through tough days. I hope these stickers can spread a little bit of joy and give daily reminders to help people who are struggling ✨

If you would like to purchase a pack of stickers head to the Mental Health Awareness sticker section below - each pack is £4 and includes 11 stickers.

All profits go to Shekinah Grow and the life-changing work they do 🌞
