As a Scout District we want our young people to learn to take a constructive role in society, through a key value of being kind and helping others. We also value our outdoor adventures and challenges which have been curtailed this year. In completing a night out (without tents or in a garage or on the sofa), the young people can learn about some of the issues and complex needs that Shekinah face, gain a better understanding of the work they do and at the same time the Scouts will face a little bit of hardship themselves.
