We have had trouble finding good staff at a site in Newton Abbot and, to be honest, we had given up hope of finding the right fit for our high profile, much valued client. In 12 months we have seen 3 of our own team and a string of agency staff not make the cut and we were in serious danger of losing the contract for that site.
